The Young Leadership Council has sponsored streetcar sculptures all over the City. This is the streetcar in my park, Lafayette Square. It is a happening place! YLC also sponsors a concert series in May & June there. There are always lots of dogs walking there. The Lafayette Square Conservancy maintains the doggie "business" bags stations. I am glad to see that they have even added a water fountain for dogs, too!
